Obtaining Permission to Use Copyright Illustrations

Responding to numerous requests for use of our copyright materials,
we provide the following information for Upper Cervical doctors.
 
Obtaining permission to legally use our copyright Upper Cervical Illustration images is simple.

1) Complete the “Request to Use Copyright Illustrations” (PDF) form and return it.

2) Use of our copyright images requires that you purchase each illustration prior to requesting permission to use it. After you purchase the illustration(s), AND complete the permission form (PDF), there is no fee* for the use of the copyright image.
If you have already purchased the illustration(s) you want to use, then permission is granted at no charge, provided you identify the purchased illustration(s) on the form (PDF).

* We feel if Upper Cervical doctors like an illustration image well enough to use it, they would have no objections to purchasing the illustration and displaying it in their office in lieu of a fee.
We believe our copyright material describes the Root Cause of countless health problems because so many different problems have responded to Upper Cervical Corrective Procedure. Therefore we want to keep the material within the Upper Cervical Profession.
